Released way back in 2000 as a side sequel, of sorts, to the original Resident Evil 2, Code: Veronica. However, perhaps Capcom’s recent surveys will make them change their minds and start work on remaking the 2000 entry. Resident Evil Code: Veronica is due to get a remake of its own after all, it would seem. While Capcom hasn’t said anything official yet, our rumor mill murmurs in Resident Evil 4‘s direction, unfortunately. These images showcase some memorable moments from the game, as well as the more pivotal characters. However, amidst rumors of Resident Evil 4 being the next remake, Reddit user CODE_umb87 has decided to do their own part, making some fantastic concept images for the imagine Resident Evil CODE: Veronica remake they posted in the Resident Evil subreddit. Many feel this would make the most sense, given that it takes place chronologically next. One of the main ones, however, is the next in the series after 3, Resident Evil CODE: Veronica, or more specifically, the updated re-release, CODE: Veronica X.
